Effective March 15, 2008, Infotriever implemented new service plans to enable business travelers to stay organized, save time and obtain peace of mind with their travel plans. The three service plans are designed to better meet the varying needs of travelers, and there are plans for corporate accounts and travel management companies.

What are the new service plans?

The three new service plans are as follows:

What additional features are we working on to better serve business travelers?

We have integrated a number of enhancements over the last twelve months. Based on your feedback and evolving market needs, the latest version of the Infotriever desktop software client already incorporates the following:

Operating System and Browser Enhancements: Introduced support for Microsoft Vista and Internet Explorer 7.0; enhanced support for Internet Explorer 6.0; introduced support for Firefox 1.5/2.0.
Calendar Support: Introduced support for Microsoft Outlook 2007; improved reliability and compatibility with Microsoft Outlook, including the elimination of unnecessary dialog boxes; introduced support for Lotus Notes 7.0 and Lotus Notes 8.0; enhanced support for non-standard configurations of Lotus Notes 5.X and 6.X.
Easier to Use: Infotriever can be run without administrative rights; enhanced handling of event updates to eliminate duplicates in the calendar; simplified user interface.
Corporate Upgrades: Easier to deploy Infotriever to multiple desktops in corporate environments; enhanced support for proxy settings; enhanced software and support documentation for easier reference.

Going forward, subscribers to the Infotriever Executive and Business service plans will benefit from additional enhancements, including:

automatic time zone adjustments for downloaded travel segments;

Feature Enhancements: Enabling the introduction of feature enhancements to better serve corporate travelers, and enable travelers to pick the service plan that best meets their specific needs;
Enhanced Service and Support: Enhancing direct service and technical support for travelers, corporate accounts and travel management companies.
