We have a number of great features that are available only to Infotriever account holders, such as free dynamic business card information for your emails and websites, access to your personalized portal for improved management of your Infotriever events and contacts, and much more. To create your own Infotriever account, right click on your Infotriever icon in the system tray, and select Personalize -> New User.

A: We are always happy to enable new partners with Infotriever to provide greater benefits and service to you. In addition, nothing means more to a company than hearing directly from their valued customers (well, at least in our view of the world!). If you know of a company you would like to see using Infotriever, we suggest you write them an email. Q: How long does it take to start using Infotriever?

The first time, it will take about 30 seconds to download the free 420K Infotriever desktop software application. After the first time, it should take no more than 5-10 seconds to download the event or contact information you want, depending upon the speed of your internet connection and the processing speed of your computer.
Businesses
For Infotriever Express, it takes about 1 business day the first time to open your Infotriever account, pre-purchase your downloads, enable your events or contacts, and post them on your website or in your emails. Subsequently, Infotriever-enabling your events or contacts should take no more than 5-10 minutes each.
For Infotriever, including personalization, automatic updating, and other features, implementation takes 2-4 person-weeks. Please contact us for more details.

Q: What is Infotriever's privacy policy?
A: The executive summary is that Infotriever is 100% permission-based, and we never spam, or sell or share any personally identifiable information without your consent. Q: Does Infotriever present any security concerns?
A: No. Infotriever uses standard http and https to communicate information. Infotriever does not contain or transmit viruses. For more information, please see our security policy.
Q: How do I uninstall Infotriever?
A: As much as we hate to hear that you would like to uninstall Infotriever, to uninstall, simply left-click the "Start" button at the bottom left of your desktop, and then go to Program -> Infotriever -> Uninstall Infotriever.

Q: What ports and Internet addresses must be added to my firewall in order for Infotriever to work correctly?
A: To fully utilize the Infotriever client functionality, the following servers will need to be accessible from within your corporate environment:
- my.infotriever.com (65.110.161.228)
- group.infotriever.com (65.110.161.229)
- download.infotriever.com (65.110.161.230)
If you have strict firewall policies, you may need to alter the firewall configuration to allow outbound traffic to the above 3 sites via HTTP (port 80) and HTTPS (port 443).
