Troubleshooting Tips for Infotriever Downloads
If no window appears when you click "Add to Calendar", or if the download status window stays open for more than 30 seconds, there is likely a configuration setting on your computer or in your environment that is preventing the Infotriever download from proceeding. Please check the following:

Pop-Up Blockers.Pop-Up blockers, such as those included with the Google, Yahoo!, and MSN toolbars, or the Windows XP operating system, may prevent Infotriever status windows from displaying and thereby hinder the proper functioning of your downloads. Windows XP Service Pack 2The Windows XP SP2 operating system has a built-in pop-up blockers, and other security features that may inhibit the use of Infotriever. Click here for instructions on configuring your browser to enable Infotriever to function correctly with Windows XP SP2.
