Troubleshooting Tips for Infotriever Downloads

If no window appears when you click "Add to Calendar", or if the download status window stays open for more than 30 seconds, there is likely a configuration setting on your computer or in your environment that is preventing the Infotriever download from proceeding.

Please check the following:
  • Pop-Up Blockers.

    Pop-Up blockers, such as those included with the Google, Yahoo!, and MSN toolbars, or the Windows XP operating system, may prevent Infotriever status windows from displaying and thereby hinder the proper functioning of your downloads.   • Windows XP Service Pack 2

    The Windows XP SP2 operating system has a built-in pop-up blockers, and other security features that may inhibit the use of Infotriever.  Click here for instructions on configuring your browser to enable Infotriever to function correctly with Windows XP SP2.
  • System and Access Requirements

    Click here to verify that you have the necessary system and access requirements on your computer.
  • Cache

    Your browser may store past versions of web pages that may inhibit the proper functioning of Infotriever.  Click here for instructions on clearing your browser cache.
  • VPNs

    Some VPNs may prevent Infotriever from functioning correctly.  Please disconnect from your VPN and try again.
  • Security

    Please check that your browser security is set to “Medium”.
