In this section, you can search our knowledgebase for resolutions to known issues, or submit a technical support request. The knowledgebase is quite extensive, and we highly recommend that you start there by trying a quick search for your issue.
Prior to proceeding, please ensure that you are using the most current version of the Infotriever desktop software application – version 220.127.116.11. You can determine the version you are using by right-clicking the Infotriever icon in your system tray, and selecting “About”. If you are using an older version, please upgrade to the most current version.
